The assistant can run on open models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen) on your own server, so your customer data stays there. If you do not have a server, I use an enterprise API that does not train on your data, and we sign a data processing agreement. Zero retention is not guaranteed: each provider approves it case by case, and if it does not apply to you I tell you before quoting. This matters most if you handle health data, which Mexican law (LFPDPPP) treats as sensitive. I also use the official WhatsApp Business API with the line in your name, server-side measurement (Conversion API, GA4 and BigQuery) and structured data for Google.
